Mandurah Unit Development

We were given a great challenge on this site in Mandurah and we had less than 1000m2 of land to create 4 triple storey homes, we had to find a way to take advantage of the most amazing views to the rear of the block. The back of the block had access straight to the Mandurah foreshore and overlooked the Mandurah marina.

 The block was long and narrow and this did not help. We wanted to maximize the development and could not waste even a square meter of the land this is why we pushed for 3 story homes on the site and we proposed these 3 story homes to be built parapet to parapet from one side of the site to the other. Our design team spent a lot of time negotiating with the Mandurah shire to push the limits further than was aloud on the site and with carefully negotiation a great outcome.

 Our entire team working together to create a fantastic development with 3 of the 4 homes overlooking the amazing view to the rear of the site. Each home was designed with personal lifts and huge well designed layouts and we to today proud of the effort the team made to create a truly unique development.
