This truly unique custom home in the heart of Sorrento was based around the client’s love of concrete surfaces. The floors, walls and even the ceilings were all finished in different versions of burnished and exposed polished concrete and is simply amazing.

We added as many challenging features as possible to this property and this includes the double story polished concrete stone feature wall fronting the home which is a true testament to the design craftsmanship throughout. The wall bends its way past the glass pivot front door inside where it then serves as a backdrop to a stunning floating black American walnut staircase with frameless glass balustrade and recessed step lighting.

This was just the beginning, with full height rectified porcelain bathrooms, heated floors, remote control recessed window treatments, fully integrated smart wiring including, video intercom, CCTV, Sonos multiroom audio, TV / Foxtel distribution ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and solar all controllable from smartphone or tablet, massive ceiling heights and the list goes on.
